ADS WELCOMES Lindsey Spratley
Always Dependable Service® (ADS) is pleased to announce that Lindsey Spratley is appointed consultant to Jim Wilson, President of ADS. Lindsey has many years experience in our industry having worked for Wheelabrator® for a total of 22 years. Prior to his retirement in 1997 Lindsey was General Manager of the Wheelabrator® Canadian OEM business. In his new capacity as a consultant Lindsey will play a significant role in the evolution of ADS from a company primarily engaged in the aftermarket and used equipment segments of our industry into a full line surface preparation solution provider.
This evolution will be accomplished by the expansion of the present Rep network, by increasing both engineering and technical sales capability and by expanding the current product offering.
In order to further the growth goals put in place by ADS management we are also pleased to announce that the company will be re-locating to a new facility which will provide significantly improved manufacturing capabilities. The move to the new facility will be completed by the end of December. Please plan to attend our open house which will be announced later this year. More details of the new facility will be released shortly.

ADS WELCOMES Don Pelle
Always Dependable Service® is pleased to announce that Don Pelle has joined the ADS team as North American Sales Manager.
Don has been part of the surface preparation industry for 30 years; 24 of those years at Wheelabrator® in various roles including Service Division Manager and New Equipment Sales. Don has also enjoyed time with Pangborn® as well as operating his own company consulting to the industry.
In his new capacity as North American Sales Manager, Don will play a significant role in launching ADS globally. This will include the establishment of a distribution network expanding ADS’ market exposure with a full line of surface preparation equipment and products.

Recent ADS TPM Project
ADS qualified equipment movers were contracted in June 2009 to relocate machinery from a closed down competitors facility to a new facility in Brantford, Ontario, Canada. The equipment consisted of Pangborn® tumblast machines, Wheelabrator® tumblast machines, large dust collectors, coining presses etc. Time and budget was critical factor. Once again ADS was able to deliver.

Always Dependable Service Inc.® has been providing services to customers in the United States for 16 years. Our management and staff are completely knowledgeable in the intricacies of working both sides of the border. We are registered with the Department of Homeland Security and all of our staff have the requisite security clearances to work in the United States.
